# Connect PuppetVendors and Stripe payouts - Stripe key

This article shows how you can connect PuppetVendors and Stripe payouts so you are able to make direct ACH payouts from within the app.

###### How to retrieve the Stripe Key

1. Log in to Stripe and go to '**Developers**'

2. Click on **API Keys**

3. Click '**Reveal Test Key**'

4. Copy the code under the **Secret Key **field

5. Toggle to switch off

###### How to connect the Stripe Key in PuppetVendors

1. In your PuppetVendors Merchant Portal, go to **Settings**
2. Next go to **Payouts**
3. Choose** Stripe** 
4. Add the Stripe Key* *on the field shown in the screenshot below.  
5. Remember to click the '**Save**' button to save your Stripe key.
