# How to delete a payout

There may be instances where you need to delete a payout. This guide helps you delete a wrong entry.

###### How to delete Payouts

1. Go to the **Payouts** tab and under the **Pending Payouts**, click the **Pay** button for the vendor whose payout item you want to delete.

2. This new window will appear.  Simply click on the *trash bin* icon under the Action column to delete the Payout
