# How to disconnect collections from the vendor profile

This article shows the step-by-step instructions on how to disconnect collections from the vendor profile.

##### How to disconnect collections from the vendor profile

1. Go to Vendors > Manage Vendors (Commissions and Profile) > click Settings corresponding to your chosen vendor

2. Scroll down to where you can find the vendor's profile and click the **Disconnect **button beside the** Preview Store** button.

3. This window will pop-up asking to confirm if you would like to disconnect the collection from the vendor portal and collection in Shopify.

4. Once you tick the box and click the **Disconnect **button, the **Preview Store **button will be changed to **Connect Profile.**

5. You can now change the collection to another one.  Ensure that the collection name is the same as the vendor name.
