# How to re-assign order items

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how order items can be re-assigned to a different vendor.

##### How to re-assign order items

1. Go to **Orders**, click '**More**' to show order details

2. Click the box for the order item to be re-assigned and click '**Edit Selection**'

3. This pop-up window will appear and under the '**Re-Assign Items to**' field, choose the new vendor to re-assign it to.

4. After choosing a vendor, click the **Confirm **button.

5. The new vendor will appear on the order item.
