What is the Fulfillments feature?

Fulfillments will allow you and/or your vendors to

1. Filter fulfillment statuses and events
2. Fulfill items directly in the vendor portal
3. Fulfillment Settings - Control what your vendors can do and update

• Can vendors fulfill items or only view them?
• Can vendors cancel fulfillments or only create them?
• Can vendors update fulfillment events and what events are available?
• When a vendor fulfills an item, do customers get notified via email?

How the feature appears on the merchant and vendor portals

Once you have the Fulfillments Add-on feature, the Fulfillments tab will appear on your merchant portal and on your vendors' portal.

How to set the Fulfillments feature

To configure this feature's settings, go to Settings > Fulfillments and choose your preferred settings.
