How to charge your vendors monthly subscription fees

This article demonstrates how you can create a subscription plan so your vendors pay you on a periodic basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to access and use the vendor portal and upload products onto your platform.

Vendor subscription is currently in private beta so reach out to our support team to enable it for you.

Requirements

Note that we currently support one plan at a time
A Stripe account is required for this to work. Please review if Stripe is available in your country before enabling this capability

Go to Settings, then click on Vendor Subscription on the left menu

Navigate to Vendor Subscription

Complete the fields and create a vendor subscription. Once created, your vendors will be asked to make a payment in order to get access to the platform. This page will show when your vendor logs in for the first time.
