How to charge your vendors monthly subscription fees

This article demonstrates how you can create a subscription plan so your vendors pay you periodically (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to access and use the vendor portal and upload products onto your platform.

Requirements

• We now support five (5) plans at a time
• A Stripe account is required for this to work. Please review if Stripe is available in your country before enabling this capability

How to set up Vendor Subscriptions

1. Navigate to Settings, then click on Vendor Subscription on the left menu.

2. This page will appear. Click the Create New Plan button.

3. Fill out the details to create your plan

4. Click the Create Vendor Subscription button to save your plan.

How to exempt vendors from the subscription

The exemption allows vendors to skip the need to pay for your subscription.

1. Navigate to Vendors, then click on Vendors.

2. Select the vendor(s) who should be exempted and then click on the Bulk Actions.

3. Navigate to the Paywall tab, select Disable Vendor Subscription and then click on the Save button.
