Troubleshooting Products not showing on Shopify

If your vendor cannot:


  • view the Products tab
  • create new products
  • update existing products


Verify the Product Settings in the Merchant Portal. To view this, go to Settings > Products > Permissions. The options (show products tab, create new products and update existing products) are likely disabled.

If these settings are activated, any modifications made in the vendor portal should be synch in the merchant portal. These should also appear in Shopify.


Also check on where the products are published under the 'Publish To' field
