Barcodes: How to activate and let your vendors generate variant barcodes
This article shows how you can activate product barcode generation and allow your vendors to do the same.

Activate Barcode Printing for your vendors or consigners
- Navigate to Settings -> Documents -> Product Barcodes.
- Select Yes **to allow your vendors to print barcodes or No, if otherwise.**
- Click on the Save button.

How To Print Barcodes
- Navigate to the products page
- Select atleast 1 product on the page whose barcode you wish to generate
- Click on the Bulk Actions -> Print Barcodes

Here are the list of barcode types that are available for printing:
Avery Standard 94103 (1" x 1" - 25mmx25mm) | Printed on a label sheet - 6 rows, 8 columns
Avery Standard 5167 (1.75" x 0.5" - 44mm x 13mm) | Printed on a label sheet - 20 rows, 4 columns
Avery Standard 5160 (2.63" x 1" - 67mm x 25mm) | Printed on a label sheet - 10 rows, 3 columns
Dymo 30252 Large (1 1/8" x 3 1/2" - 26mm x 79mm) | Printed on a side-by-side label roll
Dymo 30336 Small (1" x 2 1/8" - 26mm x 79mm) | Printed on a side-by-side label roll
Dymo 30332 Square (1" x 1" - 25mm x 25mm) | Printed on a side-by-side label roll
Zebra 10010038 (1.25" x 1" - 32mm x 25mm) | Printed on a side-by-side label roll
Zebra 10010039 (2" x 1" - 51mm x 25mm) | Printed on a side-by-side label roll

Common Causes of Errors
If you encounter issues, here are some of the most frequent causes:
- Barcode is not printing
Ensure that you have selected at least 1 product variant barcode to print, adjusted the barcode quantity before clicking on the print button.
