How to activate selling digital products

1. If you have the Products add-on feature, configure your settings to allow your vendors to upload Digital products for you. Go to Settings > Products > Digital Products and set the permissions.

How to create and upload digital products

1. Once set up, your vendors can now create products in their vendor portal by going to Products > Create Product button.

2. They can now upload products as usual except for that they need to choose Digital Product or Service as the product type.

3. If you have product approvals on, you can then approve your vendor's product in the merchant portal. Go to Products > choose the product under the Pending status filter and tick on the box corresponding to the product before clicking the Bulk Actions button to approve the product. Approval is only required based on your permission settings. You may switch approval requirement under
