Demo - Products upload from vendor portal

This article describes how your vendors can upload products directly from their vendor portal to appear on your Shopify store.


Please note that this requires you to have the 'Products' feature add-on ($24/month) and set your vendors to be able to create new products and update existing ones under Settings> Products > Permissions

How vendors can upload products through the Vendor Portal


  1. Vendor logs in to their vendor portal and goes to the 'Products' tab


Products tab

  1. Click the 'Create Product' button

Create Product

  1. Fill out all the product details (include variants (if any) and inventory)

Fill out product details

  1. Once filled out, you can click the 'Submit' button to send to the merchant for approval (if approval levels are turned on)

Submit product

  1. This alert will appear

Product creation successful

  1. The product will be on 'Pending' status until merchant approves it
