How to embed your vendor sign-up form in your Shopify Store


  1. After setting up your custom fields under Settings > Users > Signup fields, they wi be available in your Shopify store


  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin and go to Online Store > Edit Themes


  1. This page will appear. Choose Home Page on top of the page and click Add Section on the left side of the page


  1. Choose Apps and then, Vendor Sign up Page


You will find your custom fields here. They are updated dynamically in the system and because of its flexibility, you can design and customize the text depending on your preference.


  1. Click Save to save the added changes.



Optional: you can add your Terms and Conditions on the sign-up page by going to Settings > Users > Sign-up Terms and Conditions
