Common Product uploading concerns from vendors
- Product tab not visible in vendor portal

Troubleshooting Steps
***Verify the Product Permissions in the Merchant Portal. ***
To view this, go to Settings > Products > Permissions.

If the vendors cannot view the Product tab in the vendor portal, ensure that this permission is enabled.
hen vendors are unable to create new products, please check that this permission is ticked.
o ensure that vendors can update existing products, this option should be enabled.

If these settings are activated, any modifications made in the vendor portal should be synch in the merchant portal. These should also appear in Shopify depending on the actions you take and if you have approvals on.
