Troubleshooting Vendor Log in Issues

This article describes how you will be able to resolve your log in issues.

If you are using 1 email address to log into multiple vendor accounts, you need to use the password of the vendor account requested.

Example of requested accounts to be able to switch between accounts:

Vendor 1 | Email: / Password: password / Date: Yesterday

Vendor 2 | Email: / Password: test / Date: Today

To log into your account, you will need to use the login credentials for Vendor 2

Email: / Password: test

Logging in with the credentials for Vendor 1 will be incorrect. However, you will still be able to switch to Vendor 1.

You may also request a new password by doing the following

On the log in page, click on the "Forgot Password" button.

Step 1

Enter your account email address in the email box as shown in the figure below.

Step 2

An email with instructions will be sent to the email you entered in step 2 if it exists.

Follow the instructions in the email and reset your password.

Log into your vendor portal using the new password.
