How to disconnect collections from the vendor profile


  1. Go to Vendors > Manage Vendors (Commissions and Profile) > click Settings corresponding to your chosen vendor

  1. Scroll down to where you can find the vendor's profile and click the Disconnect **button beside the Preview Store** button.


  1. This window will pop-up asking to confirm if you would like to disconnect the collection from the vendor portal and collection in Shopify.

  1. Once you tick the box and click the Disconnect **button, the **Preview Store **button will be changed to **Connect Profile.


  1. You can now change the collection to another one. Ensure that the collection name is the same as the vendor name.
