How Vendors can add their Payout information

This article shows how your vendors can add their payout information in their vendor portal


Important Note: PuppetVendors does not store any of your or your vendors' banking or card information. All sensitive information is stored with Stripe.


Vendors can only add payout information depending on the Payout method you have set up (PayPal/ Stripe or both)

How vendors add their payout information


  1. In the Vendor Portal, go to **Profile **


Vendor Profile

For Stripe-connected accounts:


  1. If the merchant has connected their Stripe account, you can add your Bank details/ existing Stripe account under the Payouts part of the vendor profile.
  2. Choose Bank Account
  3. Tick the option corresponding to account details (if you have an existing Stripe account or not)
  4. Click the **Link Your Bank Account **button and follow the prompt in Stripe
  5. Click the **Save **button to save your entry

For PayPal-connected accounts:


  1. If the merchant has connected their PayPal account, you can add your PayPal email address under the Payouts part of the vendor profile.
  2. Only **PayPal **will appear
  3. Enter your PayPal email address
  4. Click **Save **to save your entry
