Clear Balance Payouts

This article shows how you can clear current payout balances so you can start payouts from a specific date (for example: Starting to pay your vendors from the 1st of the month).

1. Visit the **Payouts **page

2. Select a date range that you wish to clear payouts. e.g.: The app contains vendor information from 13th June onwards but you wish to start using PuppetVendor's payout system for payouts starting from the 1st of July. You must then select the date range for June (whole month) up until the 30th of June.

3. Click on the Select all option
4. Next, click the Make Payment button

5. Under Method, click on Log payouts outside of app

Enter **Clearing payout balance **under the notes section
7. Untick the option to send vendor notifications

8. Click on the **Mark as Paid **button to confirm
