Retry a failed payout

Below are instructions on how you can retry failed payouts or simply mark the payout as paid if a different payout method was used.

How to retry a failed payout in PuppetVendors

1. Go to the Payouts tab
2. Then go to Completed Payouts
3. Filter your view to Failed Payments
4. Choose the payout to retry and click the View Details button

5. A new window will appear and depending on the error, you can click the Retry Payout button

6. You can also mark the payout as paid if it was paid through other methods like Cash, PayPal and/or Stripe accounts not connected to PuppetVendors, Bank Transfer or others.
7. The comments box is available should you want to add additional text or reference numbers
8. Click the Save button to save your entry

9. The payout status will change from Failed to Paid
