What is the Payouts feature?

The Payouts feature allows you to pay your vendors for the items they sold. You can pay them manually or automatically by connecting a Stripe or PayPal account. Payouts made outside of the app can also be logged under the Payouts tab. The completed payment is reflected in the vendors' portal to keep them informed.

How to add the Payouts feature

Under the Pricing tab, please tick the box corresponding to Payouts ($19/mo) and then click Next, which routes you to Shopify for billing.

For newer plans, the feature is already available across all plans.

How to set Payouts

1. Go to Settings > Payouts
2. In here, you can set up either PayPal or Stripe accounts or both.

Remember to click the Save button to save the settings and 'Test Connection' after completing setup.

Payouts tab

Your Payouts page will appear as follows:

1. Payouts tab
2. Settings - when you click on the gear icon, it opens a pop up window that lets you choose the order reference for when the payouts start and if payouts will be applied to fulfilled or unfulfilled orders
3. Previous Payout - shows the total of the last payout made
4. Next Automated Payout - shows the total amount for the next scheduled payout
5. Pending Payouts - this is the tab where all pending payouts are listed
6. Completed Payouts - shows a list of all completed payouts

1. Make Payment - you can tick the boxes corresponding to the vendors you want to payout and click this box to process the payout
2. Add Adjustment - click this button to add adjustments (as an addition or deduction to the vendor's payouts)
3. Date Range - allows you to pick the date range for the payout items
4. Select Vendor - click the drop down menu to choose a vendor for pay out
5. Export - if you click this button, you can export the items in the payout page
6. Pay - click this button to pay the pending payouts corresponding to the vendor
7. Payment Method Mark - shows you the payment method added by the vendor

How do Payouts work?

You can process a payout manually or automatically after connecting either PayPal or Stripe accounts or both. It is also important that the vendor adds their preferred method of payment like adding their PayPal email address or Bank/existing Stripe account.
