There are instances where you wish to hide certain information from your vendors. How to re-assign vendors

Upon installation of the PuppetVendors app, chances are, your vendors/seller names on your store are not properly set up and you would like to do so before importing your orders. Once you have imported the orders, you may also realize that a setup/change is required.

|| Note that when you make a change to your vendor/seller on your Shopify store, the changes do not apply to existing orders. Given this, you have to manually re-assign them from within the app for past orders. New orders will automatically be assigned to the correct vendor/seller going forward.

There are two ways on how you can re-assign your vendors through the PuppetVendors app. One way is to go to the **Dashboard **tab, choose your Vendor and hit the Report link.

Alternatively, you can also go to **Vendors **> Manage Vendors (Commissions and Profile) > choose your vendor and hit the Reports link.

Upon hitting the reports link from any of these tabs, you can choose the items you want to re-assign and hit the Edit Selection button.

Enable and set-up White Label feature - GoDaddy / Namecheap / Shopify

The article describes how you can set up your custom vendor portal domain once you have enabled (upgrade) to add the White-label add-on.

Visit the Settings navigation at the top of the page
On the left hand navigation, click on White-label followed by Branding and Domain.
Enter your desired custom domain in the format of your-website.com. This will be the new domain where your vendors will be able to access their portal and view sales and manage their products.
You are now correctly set-up in Puppet Vendors.
The next step will be to set-up a CNAME with your domain provider. Common domain providers are GoDaddy, Shopify, and Namecheap and below are how-to guides on how to set them up.

PayPal Requirements

To use this feature, you must meet all of Paypal's requirements listed below.

Have a PayPal business account. If not, Click here to signup
Once your PayPal business account is set-up, make sure that you have confirmed your identity, email and have your bank account linked to your PayPal business account
Permissions from PayPal to use their payouts feature (scroll to the last section for instructions to this)

If you based out of the United States (US), you are charged a fee of USD $0.25 for each payout. These are fees charged by PayPal and not PuppetVendors. PayPal fees for other countries can be found here

How to Add Funds to Your Stripe Balance for Payouts

This article shows how you can add funds/top-up your Stripe balance.

Requirements

All of these requirements must be met to add funds to your Stripe balance:

Your platform is in the U.S. and the connected account receiving the funds is either in the U.S. or has a recipient service agreement.
Your platform is on a manual payout schedule. Update your payout schedule on this link.
Your platform profile is approved. You can check the status in your settings after completing the platform profile.
